I have been very pleased. I was getting my prescription from a doctor but they were not very forthcoming about the price. And it was not affordable. The communication with the doctors and representatives have been easy and wonderful. And I’m overall pleased with them and the medication I’m taking. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I’ve had issues with billing and scheduling orders, orders being approved for the incorrect meds, run around with customer service.
A discount for my next order would be appreciated. May or may not continue with ivy rx.

The semiglutide has helped me keep 20 pounds off and is very convenient and affordable. I had an issue with pricing and after a few issues Jan helped me figure it out.

I had an issue with my prescription at Ivy Rx that could’ve turned into a real headache, but Rhinard stepped in and sorted it out quickly. They took the time to actually look into the problem instead of giving me the runaround, followed up to make sure everything was correct, and were patient and clear throughout the whole process. It’s rare to get that level of genuine care with prescriptions — I left feeling like I’d actually been listened to and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Rhinard if you’re dealing with anything similar at Ivy Rx.
