JEDCO Supply is an HVAC supply company owned and operated by Jack Alexander, Erik Olds & Drew Coffman (hence the JED in JEDCO). It is by design that our own names are reflected in the company name as we have always stood behind our work, our products and our services. We also believe that you should know exactly with whom you are dealing with when you put your trust (and your money) into any company or internet purchase. When you deal with JEDCO you will not have to put your faith into an anonymous internet company that makes it difficult to contact them, has lengthy and vague policies, and does not communicate with you throughout the order process. We make customer service a priority and it is the foundation upon which our company is built.

I was looking for a particular product for a creative installation, you guys had exactly what I needed. With that a salesperson did reach out to me just to verify that I correctly ordered this product which way I thought was very professional because the product that I ordered was obscure. It's very rare these days that people actually care enough about reaching out to the customer I have a small business and customer relations on top of quality control is huge I think this company jedco follow suit with those ideas thank you for the positive experience!

Order was placed at 2:20pm on 3/21/23 and was not shipped until 3/22/23. I was under the impression that orders placed before 4:00pm would go out the same day.
First of all they had the part I have been searching for for years. My home is 46 years old and sometimes it is hard to find replacement parts. The part was received in a timely fashion and, it fit. I could not ask for more. Thank you.
