The customer service was really good, however my parcel was misplaced by their courier company. After constantly chasing between Jessemade, the courier and the place where it was meant to be a replacement was sent. The product itself is amazing, just need to think on not using Yodel in the future 😀 but I would definitely be a returning customer
Overall agreat service, no complaints there, and the bracelet i ordered was made beautifully. The only issue i have is that the braclet tends to open and fall off the clasp its self is not secure. Mine is a memorial one and ive almost lost it twice now

Jessemade is a US manufacturer, but the .co.uk site is just an affiliate trying to elicit sales in the UK.
This is why customer service is abysmal and delays are rife.
