Beautiful purse - I purchased for my grandaughters to give to their mam for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loves it only fault is the press stud button on it to shut the purse doesn’t work - so she can’t actually close it properly other than that it would have been 10/10 - I may even treat myself- still recommend 100% because it’s very roomy and soft and I have really bad arthritis and can’t get a decent purse I get into properly so this would ideal - I think you just have to work on the stud a bit more - but thankyou
I have given this score as the products are fantastic, my only concerns were that I had to contact the company a few times to see where my order was as this took longer than expected. I did get an apology from the company

No communication from customer service, I tried to reach out regarding the whereabouts of my order a couple of times. When it did arrive the gift box looked about 5 years old, very worn and tattered. Roses not even glued together just placed in the box. The bracelet was OK but cheaply made, I guess you get what you pay for. It’s nothing like the Instagram posts . I’m quite disappointed

The bracelet that I got for my daughter is absolutely beautiful. The rate is 4 because I had to contact them to see where it was as I got it for mother's day but it didn't come until two days after but I would still recommend them as they quality of the bracelet is fantastic.
Still not received my P&P delivery refund after you asked me to take my negative comments down..keep the money this comment will stay on..

Lovely bracelet but the tracking was terrible. Took me to a site ( which I thought was correct one ) Had to pay 1p ( which I did ) then signed me up to a book club for £34.90 a month !
