Hair is lovely and soft

Beware the "bait and switch"

Look very carefully before you buy from this company! I went back and forth with some condescending employee (that apparently calls everyone "DEAR") because I was given a percentage off as a new client but when I went to check out, my incentive % was PREPRINTED as "not eligible. "Dear, you must spend $199 before you get that % off," I was told. It was clearly a bait and switch! And as attractive as the wig was, other negative reviews helped me walk away.

This is a super natural great wig.

This is a super natural great wig. I bought 250% natural black 22 inches. I will buy this same wig again and again even if there are other options. Its so perfect .

Truly awesome wig!

I received this wig and I must say it is a great quality. The hair is so soft and is exactly as shown to be. I cannot wait to order my next one. On a sidenote, I’d like to thank the seller and that she was very communicative throughout the entire waiting process to receive the wig. I love the personable Ness of customer support. The whole experience has been wonderful.

Scam! SCAM. S C A M

So I ordered a wig. Immediately tried to cancel it after the reviews. The lady was not trying to cancel or give a refund. So I finally told her I DONT WANT THE WIG. She then cancelled it. PayPal sent my money back within 3 business days. Soon as PayPal sent the refund. The company took the money out again. This company is a SCAM! They will take your money! Now I have to file another dispute against this same company!

The hair is great quality & very soft I will definitely recommend to others

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This company is a total scam! They sent me crappy hair which is nothing like what is advertised on their website and then gave me the run around when I reached out to complain and asking to return it. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute and even after I returned the hair, they kept on pestering me to close the dispute before issuing my refund. So I escalated the claim to PayPal and got my refund. Unfortunately, I lost money on postage fees trying to return the hair to them!

Good selection!

Good selection, good quality on the 2 headband wigs I ordered and they shipped fast too! Definately will buy again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUD!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! Hair quality is horrific their expensive and their hair quality is beyond bad. It’s worst than cheap hair from the beauty supply… I got three wigs at one time different patterns of curly, body-wave and straight they were all tough and rough, very stiff, even after washing and conditioning not to mention that I got one 180% density and two 250% density and they look like they were all less than 120% density. I have 150% density that have more hair than these units from Jessies Selection! The ends are disgusting too about 6 inches of raggedy ends, and the shedding on these wigs is horrible as well. 100% “human hair” is half blended with synthetic because of how disgusting it feels and looks it sizzles when you flat iron the hair, Jessies Selection is selling at over price rates, and conning people.

I panicked as soon as i ordered

I panicked as soon as i ordered, not knowing if my hair would come in time. I emailed a million times and was reassured each time that the hair would be delivered on time... low and behold, it came early and most importantly, it was gorgeous hair! Thank you so much, i will be ordering again!! ❤❤

Reliable, Supportive and Efficient Site

I’ve ordered from jessies selection numerous times and have received exceptional service! The seller has sent out my orders promptly with pristine packaging. The hair quality is amazing and does not shed. Also, I had mistakenly purchased the wrong item off their site but was immediately provided with ways in which I could exchange the product with what I had initially wanted, so I was very appreciative of their willingness to help me. I will continue to purchase products from this company because their customer service along with inventory has been very pleasant. I would definitely recommend!
