From a customer service perspective you guys are very pushy and it might just be local to where I'm at if you contract out but if you do contract out you need to tell your contractor's to cool it and not to focus so heavily on their commission check.

the moment I made a mistake of creating an account on your site, my phone started to get texts from you. After a 3 texts I blocked you. An hour(-ish) later I've got a call. It was past 9 PM where I am. I only checked the prices and closed the tab with jettly already. But no, someone decided they need to call me to talk about offers you have. Also I've got emails, about 3 or for of them in one evening. This is how you get blocked and added to spam list.

Excellent and swift personal feedback with humans but too many automated emails in 24 hours, it feels too much. It would be great if there was some sort of opt in by mail type option as some of the messages are good and some feel very spamy
