Beware
Beware! You will be out of a lot of money and stuck with paying bills and you will have nothing to show for it. They pretend to help you! Be prepared to pay!

Hi Tina, we’re sorry to hear this! We’ve requested some information from you so that we can look into your experience. Thank you!
I was interested in learning more about HRT but leery of virtual appointments. After a horrible in-person experience with a different practice, I signed up for an initial consultation with Midi and I could not be more pleased. Jennifer put me completely at ease and went above and beyond by referring me for a mammogram near me - an appointment I had been putting off. I am very happy with my experience and will refer every woman I know to Midi.
My provider listened. She let me repeat my concerns and let me be transparent about my delay with starting my HRT from our first visit in May. Very patient. After many years suffering through my perimenopause and recently, the last few years of menopause, it is good to be heard.

Prescription authorizations never happen
So easy to schedule an appointment. Good luck actually getting them to do the insurance authorization in a timely manner. First basic prescription? Took 3 months. I didn't like how the product made me feel. Stopped using it and told my provider about it. Made a new appt. Got a new prescription. Lo and behold, still waiting 2 months for that to go through. What's the point of them if they can't give you what you need? Their messages always say that YOU need to follow up with them if nothing has happened after 10 days. New prescription has been denied. That took 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous! And in the meantime I keep getting requests from them to make new appts. For what?! So I can NOT get prescriptions because they can't be bothered to do their job? Hate this company!!!

My experience with Midi Health was…exceptional!
My experience with Midi Health was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect since I found them advertised on Facebook. I had used another company that was more expensive, did not take insurance, and I never even spoke with a live person. I am so glad I switched! Valerie was very knowledgeable and explained everything and made sure I understood it. She came up with a prescription plan for me and will be checking back with me in a month. I have received several follow up messages and there are notes from my appointment that I am able to review. Everything we talked about and went over was there! I am really happy with my experience at Midi Health!

After years of frustration with my current GYN
I have asked my current
GYN for years for help with my perimenopause symptoms, but everything was brushed aside as a normal part of aging and a feeling as if I just need to get through this stage of life. After years of frustrating and worsening symptoms of hormonal changes and no sympathy or even expertise from my GYN, I sought help from Midi health after searching for hormonal specialists on google and finding them . I just had my first visit and left the televisit feeling more seen and heard by my new clinician than I have with the GYN I have seen for over 18 years. I am excited about
tackling my issues together with my new midi health provider and not feeling so alone.
Literally one of the worst patient experiences I've ever had. The provider had a virtual background and others could be overheard -- like there was a dinner party going on where she was located. Still, I stayed, because I wanted help. The provider seemed impatient with my questions, and was putting me through her cookie cutter decision tree while not providing thoughtful answers. At the end of the appointment, there was no clear treatment plan of what I was supposed to do if I wanted to pursue additional care before the appointment abruptly ended. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience and I did not rebook.

RUN, don't walk to Midi!
If I could tell everyone to run to Midi, I would. I wasted so much time being told that my bloodwork was “normal” and my symptoms were just part of life at this age. Then I found Midi. Within days I had an appt, and within WEEKS I was feeling better! On the first visit, my provider had solutions for me based on my symptoms. I am forever grateful for Midi and will tell everyone I know to use them!!!

Dr. Charity Krause
I just want to say that my doctor Charity Krause is amazing and I hope I still get to work with her through the coming years. I'm not usually a fan of online doctors but she has shown me through and through that she cares more than anything about my well-being than any doctor I have ever met. I'm really glad I found her on Midi. I know they bombard their doctors with so many appointments that they don't even have time to breathe, so I just hope she's still around the next few months.
Midi, please update your platform to allow your providers to have at least a 10-minute break in between each session? Most doctors require at least 30 minutes in between each session, but you guys are getting these people by the 2nd and you're not getting them at their best because of that. Please do better? It's really not that hard.

I recommend midi!
My provider was very attentive and knowledgeable. I received immediate guidance and care. I was also given clear instructions for labs and screenings necessary for an accurate diagnosis. I was additionally given a much needed Rx, sent to my pharmacy of choice, and a follow up visit scheduled.

These are your people!
I took my concerns to my primary doctor and was met with "that's just how it is". Not with Cori (my clinician), she HEARD what I was saying and I no longer felt like I was just another woman complaining and being pushed through a system that is no longer about actual care. I closed that appointment and cried because I knew someone was on my side now. If you are contemplating setting up an appt, like I did, just do yourself a favor and do it. These are your people!
Simple to use. My Provider is amazing. Simple app. Simply perfect experience.

My provider was outstanding
My provider was outstanding! I was very comfortable with her and she had already reviewed my medical records prior to my first visit. She listened to me and made me feel heard. Thank you!! I highly recommend.
I was diagnosed as being in perimenopause a couple of years ago. I’ve begged for relief from my general practitioner and I’ve been told that it was something I had to just cope with. I was at the end of my rope. Irritability, weight gain, brain fog to mention a few symptoms I experience…And no relief. I saw an influencer talking about Midi health and that they took insurance! So, I jumped online and started the process!!!! So glad I did!
Today I met with my NP Charity Krause for the third time. I cannot express how grateful I am to her. She has made me feel seen and heard for the first time in 20+ years. I started this journey because I am a 51yo postmenopausal woman and have been trying to push through the symptoms for the last few years without success. She has helped navigate through getting started on HRT. Not only that, she is looking at other aspects of my health that may be affecting my response to the HRT. She is addressing things I have been begging doctors to help me with for years. I am so appreciative of her and the training providers at Midi are given. I have hope for the first time in so long.

I was directed towards midi health by Google
I was directed towards midi health by Google after much research on my issues.
It was easy to get an appointment, my clinician was on time and spent her time listening to me and providing input of how she could help me. I am very satisfied with my experience. MIDI health does take my insurance however I’ve had issues with my insurance in the past so I’m waiting to see what kind of a bill I receive.
