I have purchased two products from Jovs. The red light mask and the DPL Photo-facial device. The photo facial device I bought was purchased in May, 2026. I used it with no problems and for some unfortunate reason it quit. I reached out to Jovs and they were AMAZING! They responded so quickly and let me know that they would honor their product by sending me a new one. I am so grateful for that. This product has been awesome until it stopped working. The red light LED mask I have form Jovs has been great too. I am really amazed at the customer service and the product overall. I believe my story was unusual and just an inconvenience that was handled in the best way possible. The folks at Jovs really stick bye their products and make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend them, I would purchase again in a heart beat!
I have already 8 items of Jovs. I strated from led mask 4D. I liked it so much, so I also ordered EMS shorts, bra, laser for face, red light therapy blow dryer, laser depilator, EMS mask, and after release of new mask 6D, I ordered it too:) They sent me with most of orders valuable gifts:) The customers service is very attentive and professional:)

I had an issue with my laser and Jovs answered, asked me to send video and within 10 minutes responded that there was a defect and they would send a new laser. I have loved the product and give their customer service a 10 out of 10!
I received the product and used it once per the manufacturer instructions. After the first use the controller unit started making a strange noise and would not go on. I reached out to customer service and was told to send a video of the issue and order #/receipt which I did. I got a response 5 minutes later offering to return the order and a new one would be sent to me. I would like to give it one more try before asking for a complete refund as I may have gotten a defective controller. I appreciate the prompt customer service
