People also mention that the ordering process is very easy to navigate, making shopping straightforward, pleasant, and highly reliable for everyday purchases. My experience was one of the best by joyabuy they may have sometimes a little delay but it wasn’t too bad and they also replied in 24 houses that was great
Joyabuy should stop giving wrinkled clothes.
Many products were delayed due to Chinese New Year but I expected that and understood. They also gave us a notice about the delay so it seemed fine. All the products arrived and were very high quality. One piece of advice I would give to the joyabuy team is to pack the parcels so that the clothes do not wrinkle as I had to iron every piece. Other than that, everything went completely fine as it should have.

I payed for my order I couldn’t afford shipping so I cancelled it and never got my money back
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
First and last time that I’ll use this company! Ordered beginning of December, still nothing arrived. It’s a joke! Paid for a T-shirt. Then was made to pay the postage (which was more than the actual T-shirt!) days later?? Then ANOTHER payment for shipping! Absolutely ridiculous. You live and learn. PLEASE AVOID!

I have been using joyabuy as my main agent for shipping products, and I gotta say their service is pretty good. The refunds sometimes take a while to process but other then that its pretty easy to use and the prices aren't crazy high either.
Good Agent, annoying experience
I really like Joya buy, they are very quick with buying from sellers and giving qcs. When I shipped out my parcel, after 2 weeks it returned to sender for no reason, and I wasn't able to get my money back. I understand it wasn't their fault, but it was still annoying. I did pay for shipping again and I did get my parcel.

joyabuy experience
it was very great to shop at a very cheap and good quality clothes site but the only thing is that you have to search up how it works if you are a beginner
very good prodcut

Very good items very cheap original prices you know your going to get 1 to 1 items but the only provoke is it takes a while to ship unless you wanna pay outstanding shipping prices I thought this app wouldn’t be like panda buy when it comes to shipping prices after the order has been placed shipping will be 50 dollars even with just shirts which makes no sense maybe if they added the shipping price before you payed it could get 5 stars
