Beware! monetary loss due to business with Just.Insure
I was insured with "Just Insure" briefly between July 2022 - Mar 2023. Last Month, I found that they never reported my Auto insurance to credit agency LexisNexis (google consumer risk lexisnexis ) . I believe this company keep history of all your personal details and is accessed by Insurance companies while offering insurance quotes. As Just Insure did not report my Auto coverage, popular insurance companies saw it as a gap in Auto insurance and quoted me a high insurance rates in subsequent years. I was always wondering that why my rates are so high with a very good history of safe driving, free of any ticket, accident or insurance claims. I was unaware of this until last month, when Geico informed me that they can't insure me as I have policy gap in past years. I was shocked to hear this as I have a squeaky clean Auto insurance history. I contacted LexisNexis risk reporting agency (as suggested by Geico) and found this in their report. Now I am trying to get it fixed. But because of this lapse by Just Insure, I paid high insurance rate all these years. This is unethical and unprofessional on their part and will never do business with them. Beware! if you ever been their customer, check your LexisNexis report for this kind of lapse.

Horrible money grubbing company. I had to double check this was a real business after they fought tooth and nail over a fender bender I didn't cause. They overcharge, horrible customer service, skip the headache use a real insurance provider.

Rates keep going higher and higher. Started off really low and suddenly it was an increase. Customer service is horrible as if they didn't even have a department 😆 they base their rates on your credit as well. I have great credit and have screenshots to prove it yet they say it's unavailable. This company is a sham and they know exactly what they're doing and they take advantage. No type of building customer relationships or anything of that sort. These are probably the reasons why it's lower in price compared to other companies. Don't like my honest review? Then Get ahold of me and prove me wrong.
Just is the way to go
I needed insurance at a good rate and that's exactly what Just provided. The process was simple and the app is very user friendly. Autopay was available so I am at ease knowing my payments are on time. Just keeps you informed of your policy. I would highly recommend to a friend
