I always want to try my chance on winning when I see these companies do giveaways. However not one but two major thing that sets “JustMenacing ” aside from other giveaway shops. One, merch isn’t overpriced & Two, there isn’t a necessary purchase for entries. Everyone gets an opportunity to be involved.

Purchased items for a car giveaway

Purchased items for a car giveaway. The giveaway ended at the beginning if June. It took almost a month for them to announce the winner. On June 23rd I was charged $29.99 for whatever and didnt notice it till I was back on vacation. I made a comment on their Instagram, they just deleted it without reaching out to me. I sent them another message. Stay away from this shady company. This apparently is a known theling they do.

Why am I locked into a subscription the…

Why am I locked into a subscription the I didn't sign up for 29.99 a month for the past 3 months? Why is the email to cancel the subscription being returned as a "Undelivered Mail" (support @ justmenacing.com)? Why does the phone number on your contact us (612)454-6617) only directs to email that doesn't work? I had to block them from my credit card to refuse future withdraws! I have yet to speak to someone from this comany about these charges. ***SCAM CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION!***

I never write reviews

I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience. I paid $1 to enter a raffle. What wasn't made clear is that this comes with a hidden $25/month membership. The moment I saw that first charge, I immediately emailed them requesting cancellation and a refund — no response. I let it go, hoping it was a one-time thing. Then the raffle announcement was delayed by nearly three weeks past the stated date. I didn't win, but I moved on. Then two weeks later, I was charged another $25. That's when I had enough. I finally got a response, but they refused to refund me. I followed up with proof that I had requested cancellation before the charge — they asked for evidence, I provided it, and then they went completely silent. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and submitting all email evidence. Looking at other reviews, this appears to be a pattern — hidden recurring charges, delayed announcements, and no accountability when customers ask for refunds. Stay away. This is not a legitimate raffle operation.
