Do not rent from Kayak, book straight from enterprise …
we went to pick up a car and rental company said i have to purchased insurance , my own insurance will not cover some part so they made me pay $330 dollar for 6 days . i never paid additional insurance before , i always use me own insurance. i ll never buy a ticket from kayak and will leave long and detail review later for kayak , and the car rental company . will just rent car from enterprise , budget, Hertz.

The woman helping me was fantastic but due to computer issues she could not hook the air portion. When I called back to get that set up they had canceled the 2 for 1 deal and I had to book my flight by my self. Not a very professional act on their part

Don't use Underpricer
The company Kayak used to book my ticket, Underpricer, tried to get me to pay 200 Euros to book seats when this was available for free from the airline. Note that this was a formal partnership with Kayak and not just a search result, which is a large part of the reason why I was willing to use this particular company to book my ticket.

I’ve been using Kayak for saving and organizing my trips for years. I’ve tried multiple apps that are in this category, but honestly, Kayak’s My Trips support nails the balance of too few features vs. too many. The mobile app’s support for My Trips could be better since I frequently have to open it up on my laptop to fix issues, but other than that, I have no complaints.

It showed zero hotel options in north…
It showed zero hotel options in north wales. I was about to sleep in my car but hotels.com showed there was actually hundreds of room options.

Kayak do not check reviews for thr companies whose services they offer. I hired a car through Kayak's website with a company called Green Motion- my experience was horrific and I have now seen that the reviews for Green Motion are absolutely terrible. I think Kayak should be more discerning!

when I was trying to make boking for my next flight on your web page, there was option to check for best fares with other company. On your webside was link to Limitedfares, which was offering ticket price at lover rate. I click on them and made reservation, also after i was reading about there's policy. After abou 10 minutes later, representative from this company called , a was told that this flight is already fully booked and they need to make changes to my itinerary. They did offer other choices which was just not going to work for me. So I asked to cancel my trip. They said that this is impossible, and if I will cancel , they are not going to refund any money I already paid. So I just had to finish my booking with them, which cost at the end extra $201.00
So problem I see is, that you allowing to be other not reputable businesses on your side. So pretty much you are the cause of the problem.
