I was able to find the flights I wanted and the purchase process was straightforward. The price was too high but less than if I had gone directly to the carrier’s website.

U have used a third party for processing payment which created a long wait and confusion. My favourite website for buying flights and experiences never using again. In 21 st century and recent technology purchases s be done with in a few minutes not 24 hours . Good luck😕

The times for the flights were in military & I wasn’t given an AMERICAN Airlines confirmation number to check on the flight on the AA app & receive notifications from AA regarding check in& possible delays, etc.

This site has been so badly degraded…
This site has been so badly degraded from back when it was great. Now you put in a trip, especially multi-leg trips, and it not only doesn’t return all the options, but it also doesn’t provide the lowest prices, not even close. After doing my own manual development of a plan using a series of one way trips to build the itinerary, then while I was buying one leg of the trip, they increased the price of one flight over $400!!! It hadn’t even been 2 min and I was in the checkout process and it increased 40%!!! It’s not just trustworthy and feels like a scam to harvest more money than provide a good portal to find good deals across platforms. I’ll be looking for other tools to use going forward. Terrible experience.
