Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. It may be helpful to keep in mind that KAYAK is a travel comparison website, not a booking provider. Our recommendation would be to report this experience directly to the provider you booked through. (check email conformation for details). Their team should be able to assist further with this reported hotel experience. Should you have further questions for KAYAK please feel free to contact us at: www.KAYAK.com/support Thank you, Emma KAYAK v

Is this a scam?
I booked an expensive international flight through what turned out to be one of your middle-man services, "Underpricer". Every other time I've booked through Kayak, I got immediate confirmation. I spent more than an hour on hold on the phone, trying to get confirmation. 24 hours later, I got through. By then the price had GONE UP 400 DOLLARS! never again

I booked a flight through BravoFly…
I booked a flight through BravoFly shown on KAYAK. They are straight up scam. I was shown 2502 AUD before I made the payment and they deducted 2980AUD. They charge fair amount for refund which takes 90 days to refund. I would never use KAYAK.

I need the ability to filter hotels. Super rates may be lower, but it's a coin toss if you're going to get a room.
