I purchased and hung these curtains on my lanai just before hurricane Ian came through. I did not get a direct hit but plenty of rain and wind. The curtains did great! They are so soft and hang beautifully. When I need to recover my lanai furniture, I will order panels to use as fabric.

These curtains are so very soft and hang beautifully after steaming. The rods are well made and I got creative to add extra support since my columns were textured and painted. I am really happy with the curtains. That is the only thing I can say that is positive. Customer service experience was awful....responses to a problem are emails once a day from China - no speaking to a service representative AFTER you purchase something - only live rep during the SALE. Sent wrong items, clung to answer that some curtains were delivered, but they weren't. Just a lot of stress and time.

Heed the warnings from other reviewers below and either buy through Amazon or Wayfair, or stay far far away. Their website promises "If you want to return the product for the refund,please return the product to us within 30 days of the receipt date of your shipment for a full refund. Postage and handling is not refundable." It's all lies. There is no return option. Their response "Really sorry for the inconvenience. Would you like to give it to your family or friends? If you want a full refund or a replacement, you need to return this order to us and the return shipping fee is covered by you, which will cost much time and money. And you need to return the product to China, which will cost a huge amount of shipping and customs duties, as well as a lot of time. This is not cost-effective." The patio cover was not useable at all. All the hardware was not useable and only one cheap pole was sent. The tarp when hung ....stretched and kept saging more everyday ! It is rolled up and ready to send back! I want my money back !!

The outdoor curtain order arrived as promised. The quality of the curtain wasn't what I expected. When the description states it's CANVAS material, one expects a thick, heavier material. These curtains didn't meet that expectation. However, the curtains are nice, but the quality failed my expectation.
For some reason my bank flagged the purchase as fraud, but after that was resolved everything went perfectly. The product was great and it arrived even quicker than was originally stated. We will definitely be using this site again.

I had a horrible experience with my purchase. The website is not honest when it comes to refunds. The company does not give a full refund or a realistic option to return the items. I ordered the wrong colored curtains and when I tried to return them I was told that it would cost too much money to return the item because they are based in china. I was offered a $15 refund which is really unfair because I actually spent close to $200 for the curtains. Now I'm stuck with curtains I cannot use and no way to get my money back.
