It is impossible to return product
It is impossible to return product. They only communicate through email for customer service. I spent $300 on curtains for our backyard. I wanted to return two curtains that we didnt need. They stated that the cost to return the product was too high and offered me $5.00 and a discount coupon. You can only return product to China!! They still have not given me any information on how to return the product and wont refund my money. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Complete garbage! Do yourself a favor and dont buy from here!

I purchased 2 sets of white curtains and the quality and weight are lovely. They hung well and well made. My only negative are they came 2 inches shorter then my measurements? A bit disappointed but again look beautiful!

I never received the order
I work for a Contractor and we have a client that needed outdoor curtain for her amazing backyard. I had order a sample pack of curtain for a client to see fabric and material . Client would of easily spent $10,000-$25,000 on curtains. Item was getting shipped from China and were using FED EX. I signed up to get notification on it arrival. Long story short, I never received the package, nor was they any notification left on my door that Fedex was looking to deliver. I called Fed Ex and they were saying the shipper, Peter Qu, had given them the OK to destroy the package. I reached out to KGorge to see how they can help me and I felt the lady that answered the phone was dismissive.

I had 2 orders from Kgorge
I had 2 orders from Kgorge. I ordered 3 curtains first then realized I needed 1 more. The first order came from China and took quite awhile to get to our home in NC. The second order came quickly, but the dyes of that curtain didn't quite match the first 3. Disappointing. It also didn't have the grommets on the bottom. I'll make it work but not 100% satisfied.
Poor customer service
The curtains themselves were beautiful but unfortunately they sent different lengths and tried to pass it off as if the length differences were normal. If you try to hang 3 curtains on a rod that are different lengths it is obviously not presentable and this is not reasonable. I sent them pictures for proof but they ignored. It's disappointing to me that they would have a good quality curtain but horrible customer service and not willing to make right an issue like this. I would love to put a picture with this review so you could see that the curtains clearly were completely different sizes but it does not allow me to upload the image on this review. Yes

The curtains are of excellent quality and the customer service as well. Living amongst Colorado wind has made the bottom rods a challenge for them staying in place while the curtains are open. I’m wondering if getting the curtains with magnets on the bottom might have been a better choice.

Purchased for my back porch and they are perfect curtains for the money. The rods could be a little better but over all good as well. I ordered a custom size and they were delivered within a couple of days and fit perfectly. I would recommend them if you are looking for a quality curtain.

Would be ZERO if I could, based on return policy. The sizes of the blinds we ordered we not exactly what we wanted them to be. I agree that they were correctly listed on their site, but when we got them and tried to apply them, they didn't work for us. We tried to return, they are a CHINA COMPANY that will not work with you at all on returns. Not return policy. SO IF YOU ORDER AND DON'T LIKE, YOU ARE STUCK AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS AFTER 30 DAYS, YOU ARE STUCK. CHINA QUALITY USUALLY MEANS IT WILL SHRED FAIRLY SOON. IF YOU ORDER, BE PREPARED TO BE FRUSTRATED. We love our curtains
We love our curtains. We put them up around our hot tub for windy days. They are holding up well so far. I’m glad I got the curtains that the bottom need a curtain rod also. We use tie backs when it’s very windy and they help us enjoy the outdoors in our tub on chilly days.

Product listed was the wrong color. Tried to get correct color and was told I was confused and that Kgorge shipped the correct product. Sent pictures from what the web site shows and what I received. Once again was told that I was confused as the colors are the same. Asked to return the product for a refund. Was told I would have to ship to China pay shipping and duties which would be more than the value of the product. I feel this is a scam company that does not care about customer service, they just want your money. See reply from Kgorge. They are still blaming the issue on me or now there Wearhouse. When the issue is the color they show on the website is completely different from what they sent.
