I LOVE the INSTRUCTIONS sheet and the ease of using the products simple is what I like. The 4 steps daily and then the added others am and pm if you would like. I would love if they were all in tube like containers for ease of travel. The plastic covers on them are hard to remove sometimes and one doesn't seal as nice and is always on the thread part of jar.

I love the hydrating cream the firming solution and eye cream and all the other products. However the cosmetic bag was poorly made, spotted w stains.the green roller ball thingy was broken in half . Stay w the facial creams and what you do best

These product are wonderful

These product are wonderful. I have both allergies and eczema and was leary but they are extremely gentle and after 10 days no sign of irritation and my skin looks great. I am so glad I decided to try it and will definitely keep using it.

This was the worst experience

This was the worst experience. They charge you even when you cancel your subscription. And the argue with you that the product already shipped. Wish I could attach the conversation I had with customer service chat. It is appalling! I feel cheated by them and would never recommend due to the worst business practices. They are a scam. And products dried out my face. Ellen D. You should never have been a spokes person for them.

Look Alan I haven’t even used your product yet, but your sales approach is pathetic! As a licensed aesthetician for over 25 years you need to be more confident and competent about your product. Playing this little do Wide. I don’t know if it’s on pallets or on shelves bullshit it’s not gonna help sell your product. You need to know the facts about your product you need to speak confidently about your product and you need to convince people not just give them a good deal and think they’re gonna get sucked in. Not a lot of people like AutoShip either you might want to stop using auto ship give people the option of one time only or auto ship every 30 to 60 days whatever fits the product. Sitting there and talking like I don’t know if it’s on pallets or shelves makes you look incompetent as a skin care provider. Step it up a notch know your product, you better be using your product and you need to be speaking more confidently because this playing kind of dumb bullshit doesn’t sell products. That’s just my opinion and I’ve been in the industry for a long time so take it or leave it that’s what I feel when I see your commercials. It’s like you’re going on there and trying to act like you’re giving people a great deal and putting them on auto ship and the women that you’re showing half of them are barely putting the product on their face. You need better marketing and you need to do some test trials you need to back up your product and you as the creator of kind science or not the creator, but your name is on it needs to know if it’s coming off of pallets or shelves not sitting there playing dumb. Sorry for the honest review, but I don’t like to bullshit and I’m just trying to help you.
