there is no words how great the service is here at Kingston Brass :):) I have been with Kingston Brass !! for years! & will never be with out them in my house!& the people there have love & care for us! & even send the right parts!my Amber was spot on & knows her stuff. so if you want the place that cares for you ! your at it!& my house love them to! :) alisa from wyoming PS if you live with hard well water buy here!

Built to last. facet was installed in my laundry…
This facet was installed in my laundry room. This is a very good quality product which met my need for an 8 inch deck which was very hard to find. The interior fittings are solid brass - built to last. Easy installation all necessary parts provided with detailed instructions for installation.

Problems rectified quickly by customer service
An issue developed with missing parts. I was very pleased with the prompt customer service & would not hesitate to purchase Kingston Brass products again. Thank you !! ( I have been a licensed Master Plumber for over 40 years) I especially want to single out both Cathe Thompson and Javier Lopez in your Customer Service Department for their handling of my issue.

I ordered a clawfoot bathtub and Associated Plumbing. My order arrived by Freight in just a few days. I opened the box and checked it all out, and the tub arrived in perfect shape. It is beautiful! I would recommend ordering from this company again.

I wish I could remember my rep’s name but she found everything I needed, put together substitutions that still match the aesthetic I was going for, and got me a discount on top of my usual contractor rate.

REVIEW REGARDING MY ORDER
The product quality is very good and meets our expectation however we faced a difficulty in communicating the sales person handling our account as they seem unresponsive and takes long to respond considering the time difference between US and UAE. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that this will be a continuous order, as we use this product in our equipment. We are hoping to receive a better assistance and prompt response with our future order.
