Follow up email very 2 days, call on saturday morning, what's app messages. Even when explaining that email is the preferred channel, the sales person keep pushing. I have never seen such a "salesy" process - bad experience overall while the idea is great.

The employee was very kind. He tried his best to put our kitchen ideas together in a quick way so he could send the ideas off to possible companies who could help us to continue our kitchen planning. We realise that the time they have is short and there for it went very quickly. Sometimes this would require fixing things because our ideas didn’t come across correctly. This is definitely a good way to start planning your dream kitchen and be directed into the direction of companies who can possible help realise your dreams/wishes

I was provided with 2 options and when wanted to increase my price range to get more options, there was a push back from the advisor. Hence decided not to use the service.

Kitchen Advisor is a life saving website. The process was extremely comprehensive, fast and supportive. I have worked with Dennis who understood directly my needs and requirements and proposed me 2 great offers with different suppliers. Had an initial call and a call on the Angebote, so far, didn’t expect a call could bring anything, however, was very impressed. Over the phone, the person called David was able to help us identify in an orderly way what is there to keep and what is to be replaced, what should be considered, and the options. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, was also able to quickly switch using English. We would Highly recommend to anyone.

I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly. I have been delaying renovating my kitchen for years, because I felt I never got the right advice from the Kitchen studios that I visited. They expected me to have a certain level of knowledge to even "consult" me. Richard and Dennis took away that complexity. They asked simple, understandable questions.
