Very professional and knowledgeable
So far very happy with the process: we had a call for 45 min to discuss what I'm looking for and next week I already had an appointment with a very nice kitchen studio, all in perfect English! We haven't finished yet, but I feel like I'm dealing with very fair, knowledgeable people. I have been in touch with a couple other kitchen studios too, but they were nothing compared to the professionalism of these guys!

Everything that our advisor, Dennis Knoff, did was perfect with one exception: he only gave us one offer to follow up, when the service promises three. This makes it look like there might potentially be a bit of collusion between KitchenAdvisor and the one firm that he recommended. However, the information was very helpful and reliable, the one kitchen studio he directed us toward was excellent, and there was never a sense of pressure or of a 'hard sell'. He followed up at the right times and even (apparently) actively pursued a suggestion that we gave him regarding financing.

I was told that with the paid service I would get 3 offers if kitchen plans but I got 2 substandard plans. Also, he said he would call me but canceled the meeting 10 mins after the meeting time. Very unprofessional behavior
