It's early days, we just got a kitchen appointment with a kitchen studio for tomorrow, after I enquired 1.5 days ago with Kitchen Advisor. We immediately got a phone appointment with a very attentive Kitchen advisor who listened to our needs and put us in touch with the kitchen studio. So far I could not ask for more.

Alex from Kitchenadvisor does perfectly what they announce: He assists you very professionally to define your requirements, he finds you fitting offers of various dealers and helps you to find the right solution. In the end you do not need to run from one dealer to the other and he is absolutely competent when you need advice to take your final decision

The service was very fast. The commpany called right after the submission of our plans through the website. The representative of KitchenAdvisor was Janos Zeidler. He was excellent in communicating in English the moment I requested. He was very professional, explained how does KitchenAdvisor concept work and collected all the information he needed to provide an estimated price. He was very open to discuss open points or advise on questions and explain specific situations or options. The day after we already got one appointment at a KitchenStudio- we are looking forward to it and to additional appointments.

When I first filled in the questionaire on KitchenAdvisor I did not have time to schedule an call yet so they kept calling me every day a few times. Then in the call they basically asked the same questions, which I answered in the questionaire. A week later I got 2 propositions from 2 different kitchen studios. I did not like them very much but KitchenAdvisor kept pushing me to schedule in person appointment in both the studios. I said I would only go there if the studios reworked the plans according to my bullet points. This did not happen. I have now accepted one appointment for next week and I will see if the studio will be good or not. As soon as I accepted the appointment, KitchenAdvisor sent me this link for a review so I guess their part of the job is over and they get paid a commission when I visit a studio. So it's clear now why they just pushed me to go in the studio instead of asking the studio to rework the plan. I felt rushed throughout the whole process because KitchenAdvisor wanted to make sure they get their commission. I did not feel they cared if I was happy with the kitchen or not.
Dear customer, sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience so far. I assure you, we do not get a commission from appointments, so it is never our goal to "simply make appointments". We only send out the review message then, because we get the most responses at that point in the process and since we do not charge customers anything, reviews are our greatest "Thank You" from most customers. Your changes and wishes have been forwarded to the kitchen store, no worries. We simply cannot make too many adjustments online without the store meeting the potential customer since otherwise they wouldn't appreciate the service as much as they do today. A kitchen store (at some point) always wants to meet its customers personally. I hope we can still change your mind and turn you into a happy customer as well :) Best Wishes
