Amazing customer experience from the very first moment. I filled out a form and could book a meeting for the same day. The phone consultation was professional, friendly and extremely diligent. I had a very specific request and Elisabeth went above and beyond to meet my needs. A had a few follow up questions and wanted to send inspirational pictures which I could send on WhatsApp (again, simple experience).
