I ordered the bag in August
I ordered the bag in August, paid extra for rapid shipment and as of today I’ve yet to receive it. I contacted the company over and over for a refund, finally after a month of back and forth with them I received my refund. The tracking link was not helpful at all, it only showed it shipped but I could never see where it was. Terrible experience and for the price of $50+ not worth my time at all!

We love the backpack
We love the backpack! It is different than what we’re where able to find anywhere else. My Kindergartener has been using it since September and it is still in good shape. Give plenty of time for shipping and you will be good.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0 I ordered a backpack for my daughter on June before she started school, and she was very excited about that backpack because we couldn't find the same anywhere else, it was almost $50 and until now we never received it. When I asked they told me they sent it to another country and that the packages had to be destroyed and I ask them to send me another one to the right address and they said yes but I had to pay them an extra $20 wich is not fair, since it was their fault.. don't buy from this website you might get robbed like me.

The bag has held up well for school. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the lunch bag that came with is fairly small. Great quality, zippers have lasted. No complaints!

I ordered a backpack for school and not even a full week of school the backpack broke the straps of the back of the bag tore off and my bag wasn’t heavy at all very disappointing I’ve been trying to contact them ever since the bag broke and no one has been answering me until today i’m not trying to bash this company they are amazing the bag came in within a week really fast right before I started school but very disappointed in the back of the bag

I was not going to do this but I'm just going to be honest. These bags are a true waste of your money. They may look nice but they are the poorest quality bags I've ever purchased. They are truly not worth your hard earned money. Please do not waste your time, energy, or money on these bags. The only thing worse than the bags is their customer service. Do not expect any common sympathy or understanding. They will only replace their bags if u r willing pay for shipping etc. Don't walk run away from these bags. Spend your money elsewhere.

Wish I could give a negative 5. Worst bag I've ever purchased. I could've gone to the dollar store and got more for my money. My daughter was only able to carry it a couple of weeks. The straps literally shredded to pieces. I had to go buy more backpacks not even a month into school. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered this bag for my grandson. I had worried about delivery but it arrived surprisingly fast. Great picture and quality, he loved it and it was different from other kids packs. Very durable, 5 months of school and daycare and it is still going strong!
Awful and cheap!
The quality of the bag was awful. I would have expected this to be in a dollar store for $5. I had to buy something else to use for school since it was so cheap it wouldn’t have held a computer.

The bag was really cute and it comes from a sturdy material. My sister really loves it and she carries so many items in her bag that i’m surprised it’s still holding! Definitely recommend these school backpacks. :)

Do not buy!
I reached out to this company because the hook on top of the book bag and the strap broke within a week of using it during school. They pretty much told me I was out of luck, and that I was responsible for shipping it back to them if I wanted a refund. Just threw them away. Definitely not worth it and the customer service was horrible.
