Excellent Support and an Easy-to-Use Platform
Hi, I'm a Koinly user, and my experience with Koinly has been very positive. First of all, the UI is very simple and beginner friendly, which makes everything easy to understand and use. I didn't have to spend time figuring things out, and that's something I really liked. Second, the number of supported blockchains and CEXs is incredible. I have transactions across many different blockchains and CEXs, and I couldn't find another platform that supported almost all of them in one place. Then I found Koinly while asking an AI for recommendations, and when I saw that it supported almost everything I needed, I immediately thought, "This is exactly the platform I've been looking for." Now comes the best part of my experience. Even though Koinly supported almost all of my blockchains, there was one that wasn't supported. At first, I was a little confused about how I was going to import those transactions. So I contacted the Koinly support team, and honestly, I can't even describe how helpful they were. They guided me through the whole process, answered every question I had, and made everything so much easier. I genuinely didn't expect that level of support, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me. I also used Fin AI, and it was really helpful whenever I had quick questions. It saved me time and made using the platform even easier. Overall, I'm really impressed with Koinly. The platform, the support team, and Fin AI have all made the experience much much better.

Thanks so much for a 5-star rating, Sharma! There are a few improvements in the pipeline to address this issue. At the moment we have a toggle which helps to ignore the mismatch in case where the reported balances are wrong or outdated. Your calculated balances are the ones being included in your reports and they should be prioritised. For a mismatch itself, it is always worth checking for any missing purchase history or data in general which is going to be easier once a special tool is introduced to help the users. This is being worked on to address exactly that. Surely, next time you use Koinly, the UI and the work on fixing the discrepancies will be much easier!
520 page excel worksheet
I had a 520 page excel worksheet with no 1099 summary on the Sales, gains, losses and the such. I tried the IRS transcripts that was 674 pages! Really WTF was I suppose to do with this?? In 10 minutes I had all I needed to report for taxes. This was Amazing!! Thank you so much Koinly!!

So easy
My Tax Agent used Koinly for my crypto in the 2024-2025 tax year which took under 10 minutes in her office. This year I decided to use Koinly myself at home to prepare for tax. I am no computer whiz but this was so easy to use. I would recommend Koinly to anyone. Its so simple.

Being using koinly for last 5 years for my tax returns. My accountant love them, i just down load tax reports on koinly and send to my accountant. done ! Koinly the way to go for ATO !

Well executed crypto software, the best if you have a mixed bag, not just Bitcoin. Easy to configure, can be used by your accountant if you wish, best all round and the system I have used for years.

Hassle free crypto tax reports
I've used Koinly for the last few years and found it to be super easy and hassle free. Just had to link my wallets and Koinly took care of the rest for me. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in crypto.

I found working out the taxes on my crypto by myself to be basically impossible. Koinly makes it easy. Just connect your wallets and exchanges and Koinly does the rest.
