Am putting this here because they make it impossible to reach support or give feedback on their site, even for paying customers. The fact that they are charging money for their xero integration is borderline offensive. Have spent all day trying to get it to work for 4 transactions, and in the end have had to create manual journal entries to undo the chaos its caused after syncing. What a joke and a genuine let down by what I used to think was a credible company doing good work. Mental impression of Koinly duly adjusted.

Support was very responsive. Also broke done the exact steps I needed to fix my transaction label for taxes.

the ai that was trying to solve the problem never gave a solution. i followed the same procedure for the past 4 years. only this time it would not show up correctly. i even sent screen shots to help, but just got robot speak that never resolved the issue.
