The first time I ordered an Akoya white earring pearl few years ago, I was very much impressed with the quality and craftsmanship with the pearl jewelry you have. Eversince, I buy pearl only from Laguna Pearl. I have 5 items already ordered for the last seven years. The price too are affordable and I hope to buy more in the future. Thank you for giving the opportunity to express my review and gratitude. I am so pleased and happy with my purchases.
Great customer service experience and quality necklace.
Their jewelries looks amazing and very elegant. I would love to have one of these items an be able to experience wearing them!
I received my Akoya pearl earrings (a gift for my wife) and they were beautiful, great quality. I perceived an issue with the size, and Lauren worked with me and resolved the issue promptly, to my satisfaction. Laguna was very easy to work with, and professional. And my pearls looked great! Kurt
Had some issues with an out of stock product but the rep at Laguna came to my rescue and has been a terrific help in getting me what I needed. Wish all companies had this kind of customer service!!
Always love your products. Wife and daughter are happy
Excellent product Excellent service Congratulations
A lot smaller and not as nice as the picture
Received beautiful pearl earrings by FedEx and could track shipment. Arrived a week before Christmas. Could not get the item I wanted until after Christmas from competors.
Got these pearl earrings for my mom as a Christmas gift, as she wanted “real”, Akoya, pearls. Found Laguna Pearl online and they had exactly the white, akoya, pearls I was looking for. The authenticity certificate that came with the earrings was great, verifying that they were real and from Japan. My mom loved them, and is wearing them on her virtual (still COVID world for some of us...) date!
Fast shipping, great price and product exceeded expectations
This was a gift for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loved loved it!! Amazing!!! Thank you!!

Received in a timely manner, and all as described. Thank you.
Nice experience, good collection, and design. Very hard working designer. The customize jewelry and necklace, its look very precious. Thanks for a great experience.
Pearl post earrings I received were as described. They were reasonably priced and nicely packaged. They arrived quickly with an enclosed certificate of authenticity that all Akoya Cultured Pearls are guaranteed to be 100% authentic directly from the Pearl Farms of Japan. I'm very happy with my purchase and would purchase from this company again.
Beautiful pearl earrings, original setting, fairly priced.
I found that high quality pearls need to be purchased from a specialist. Impossible to tell what your getting from a store like Amazon. Laguna’s Pearls comes with quality sheet explaining grade you purchased. I felt confident buying site unseen. And I am now a hero.
Good service. The tea was the average, expensive, and weak taste. Hard to find outstanding green tea as I got from Teavana in Florida until they went out of business. I'll keep trying.
