I enjoy the Laithwaites Wine Company because they have different types of wines available to try. It also has different levels of wines available. For example, Reserve wines are a more refined type of wine. You can request that level of wine for your order. If a wine arrives "corked," that can be credited to your account, and another bottle will be sent to replace it. Also, each customer has a Wine Advisor. This person checks on your order and makes it easier for you to order more wines if needed.

Things went well on your end, but I would give Fed Ex an F on their delivery service. No time frame given on delivery day so you sit around all day waiting. One day they said we were not present to sign for delivery and we were home at the house all day. No place in town for us to just go pick it up either.
