We have the following notation on this order ****Spoke with customer on the phone stated he received an email wanting to know his satisfaction and he said he gave a one star review because he had not received his headstone yet and it had not been the time frame he was told....he will send a different review once the headstone arrives....

I checked our records and see the vase was delivered on May 23rd. I’m sorry but we just ship according to the dates the orders are received. Unfortunately the shipment took a bit longer than normal
Careful and Fast
They are cautious to get the engraving correct. I was extremely pleased with how quickly my order was processed and shipped. Communication was a little difficult on line but once I started an email conversation with the person in charge of production things went smoothly. I would like to have seen a detailed view of the proposed product prior to engraving. However putting my trust in them worked out well. I would recommend using their services.
