The headstone arrived weeks earlier than expected, which was great!! It is as described on the website, mostly. A negative was the tight restrictions on what can be modified. Also, the writing on the headstone is extremely shallow... won't take many seasons in the Midwest to fade away. Would recommend much deeper engraving into the stone... didn't think to ask that before we ordered. It was challenging finding a company to pour the footer and install the headstone. I did reach out to Legacy and they quickly responded with a list of contractors, but none within 8 hours of the cemetery. That ultimately added another $1200 to the cost. Still a better price than ordering from the funeral home, just more to coordinate.

I was looking for a headstone! Found your web site. Saw all these Beautiful stones. So I was online placing my order for a stone for my brother. The Web site I had problem with so I called. They helped me done it on their in! So helpful. The kept me updated with a proof photo to make sure everything was correct. Shipping was fast! I would recommend this company!
I order a headstone and within a few days I decided to cancel my order. Remind you dat they never started the order at all. They still charge me a restocking fee when they never even made da headstone. This is bad business so be mindful of this company
This is a duplicate review and the verified review was submitted on July 22nd. A $179 refund was applied to the $199 order. Unfortunately due to granite costs and supply demand we do charge a 10% restocking fee or a full applied amount to any other headstone our customer would want. Customer was refunded on June 30th
