Completely non sense website. I spent 40 minutes talking to their AI Mark to "fill my profile" and to be accepted for jobs. After these 40 minutes, the website just kept "processing" for one hour. When I refreshed the page, I lost all the conversation. No problem, I manually filled my profile. They contacted me by email, I replied. Then they said due to the "technical quiz" result I could not proceed to find a job. I just don't know what "technical quiz" they are talking about, as I didn't complete any.

The average wait time to get a project is reasonable, and usually you can apply to multiple projects at once and then choose the one you like the most.
