Incredible support from onboarding to landing my first project
I've had a really good experience with Lemon.io so far. The onboarding was simple, and I started getting project offers pretty quickly, all matching what I was looking for in terms of stack and rate.
I had a full team's worth of support during the project selection and interviews process. I'm happy with the project I ended up on and the whole thing felt straightforward, no weird surprises. Would definitely recommend it to other devs.

Overall, the interview process was fine. It did seem disjointed towards the end after waiting for the technical feedback.
The thing that personally bothered me during the technical interview is that my interviewer was vaping during it. It's been about a month since I had my interview, and the lack of professionalism in the behavior is still rubbing me the wrong way.
I think they're competent overall, as I did give the company four stars... but could you tell your contractors not vape during a tech interview?
