Stay away from this scam
The glasses are very light and flimsy, easily broken. They arrived with a scratch on one lens. Apparently they got my prescription wrong, because when I turn my head, my vision goes blurry. (This doesn't happen in my regular glasses.)

They are just awful. I sent the size of my previous glasses when I ordered my glasses. They didn't give me any updates regarding when I would get my glasses. Then when I received them they would fit an 8 year old. There was no way that progressive lenses will fit in the space of a half dollar piece. If I could give them a 0 I would

I got my glasses from Lensalter after…seeing my daughter’s from them
I got my glasses from Lensalter after seeing my daughter’s unique glasses from this company which were great! I love these glasses so much that I got right back on there and ordered another style so that I had options. I’ve never had a pair of glasses this lightweight and yet strong, this unique, or that fit me perfectly without adjustment right out of the box. They now have a fan, I love them. I’m an older woman and it’s so much fun having fun glasses for once in my life.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I had won a GIVEAWAY for some Sanrio glasses back in 2023. I was talking to this company about how to get the glasses and such, and they suddenly ghosted me. I reached out to them a few months later, and they acted as if I'm BUYING glasses from them, when I WON them for FREE! I reminded them that, they never said anything again. I have been trying to reach out to them ever since in order to get them, but I never get a response. This is extremely disappointing and disrespectful, and it shows they care far more about getting money than their own reputation.

Warning! It says you can return the item within 14 days. This is false. They will refund half of the lens fees minus shipping. The glasses are very cheap and poorly made.

Customer service was amazing and on top of everything!! They always made sure i was satisfied every step of the way. I recommend my glasses to anyone who’s in need and have gotten so many compliments!!!
So happy I saw an ad on Facebook for rimless glasses which is exactly what I had been looking for. Had never heard of the site but took a chance, and first I want to comment on their honesty and integrity. I always thought I needed progressive lenses but after ordering they emailed me to confirm that my prescription does not have ADD and they fixed it and changed to single vision and refunded me the difference in price, without me having to ask or anything. That stuck out to me because I've ordered glasses from other sites in the past and they never pointed this out to me or explained I could do the cheaper option. Anyway, shipping wasn't bad here to USA. And my prescription is perfect and the glasses are SO cute. Would love to order another pair in cat eye or circular in the future.

Pretty, flashy, but fragile.
I appreciated the price, the design, and the fit. However, the edges were quite sharp, enough to pierce skin and draw blood in certain situations. Also, they are extremely fragile. All it would take is one drop and the wrong angle, and the lenses will snap. They look gorgeous, but treat them like porcelain. They can't take the beating that metal frames can.

This was a replacement pair for a different pair that the prescription was off in one of the lenses. Unfortunately this one was also not right. 😔 They are also uncomfortable. I tried to wear them anyways, but looks like they will be going to the trash. The prescription being off is giving me a headache.

Overall the experience with my glasses are great! When purchasing I wasn't sure what my DP sizing was so I didn't put it down, but the company was great and reached out and sent an app where I can just take a photo of myself and it'll calculate the DP for me! The delivery was great as well. Well protected and very cute eye glass case and wipe. The fit is perfect! I usually hate wearing my glasses in the past but now I love them! I work as a nail tech so it just overall protects me while working. My clients have given me tons of compliments on them as well! So much so they bought a pair for themselves! The price point isn't bad at all compared to these major company's that want to charge 400-500 dollars for a "name brand" frames. I want cute and functional and lens alter delivered!!! I'll be purchasing a new set here shortly because now I want a set of glasses to matchy wardrobe! 💖💖💖

I previously wrote a poor review but service improved exponentially. It wasn’t their fault the first time I found out it was shipping.
The glasses are stunning. Beautiful work. I feel beautiful when i’m wearing them. They are a little hard to get used to, i think they’re somehow stronger than my usual ones, but i like it! Only issue is they came a little bent but i don’t think that’s their fault.
