The worst shipping experience
I placed an order for 5 items. Then I get a message that one item of my order shipped, to an incorrect address. Then I get a message that I’m getting a reimbursement because another item of my order is not available. Then I get another message saying the rest of my order shipped, to yet another wrong address. Mind you, when I placed the order I wrote my exact shipping address which then I had to corroborate by phone. I ask them to cancel my order and just return my money. I will not be buying from their website again.

Hello Maria. We're sorry you haven't received your package yet. It's unusual that your package has been “out for delivery” for so long, as it definitely should have arrived by now. We'll be contacting you shortly to figure out what the issue may be and get you your order.
