The website is horrible. You have to call to do anything. You can't even make payments online. You never get e-mail confirmation of payment. The interest rates are outrageous. Don't do it.

The coordinator on the phone was extremely helpful and did all she could do for me, however; I was disappointed in the amount that I was able to borrow. This is my 3rd loan with your company and paid back perfectly and still not allowed to borrow more than $400! And I was told that I moved up to a Silver status, which allowed me no benefits.

You sold my loan to another company before I even had my loan funds available and now, I have not been able to contact them. I had to call your company twice to get their phone number. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes [ I was number 5 until it counted down to 1] then I received a voice mail telling me to leave a message that still hasn't been answered. I think my best bet is to contact the state attorney general's office and have them investigate this scam.

Extremely fast and easy to get a payday loan. I have borrowed several times and always payoff early. No penalty for early payoff. The only downside is that several of the loan specialists do not speak clear English and are hard to understand. I will continue to use Level Up for future needs.
