When you first get the reports the amount of information can be overwhelming and take a long time to process. LifeDNA schedules a complimentary 30 minute discussion call (with George in my case) to highlight the key points and also summarizes some of the actionable data in a concise email that is helpful. No upselling involved on the call, but the web site offers some upgrade options. My only complaint is I would like to see the ability to save all reports in a single consolidated PDF. Right now it only looks like you can save one of the many reports as a PDF.

I met with Kenrick and the consultation was fabulous. She went over what each gene does in my body and what foods and supplements to take to support my body for the best health benefit. We also discussed exercise and my current supplement routine. Kenrick was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time. The follow-up emails were very helpful as well.
