I had a very positive experience. Hanna Sosmeña was available for my call early when I got there and she was familiar with my report. She took me through each variant and explained to me how I could add supplements, focus on foods and exercises, and maintain a lifestyle that could help to address my personal health. Is it informative, yes. Is it really actionable, not really. Too many reports contradict and there is a lot of you may or you show characteristics and if you want to see this you have to pay another $99. It seems like a way to get you to spend a couple $100 then buy lots more from them. I feel like I should’ve done 10x and got a personalized actionable report rather than a wishybwashy one on more genes.
