As great as this system seems to be, please know, you are at their mercy when it comes to filters. The machines are designed to operate exclusively on their filters. We have been waiting on filters for 3 months. Their response is there are delays due to back orders with the supplier. My response is - very poor inventory control on their part. I am looking for a different system. After years of being a loyal customer. Highly recommend if you are considering purchasing this system that you consider a system that does not hold you hostage.

We researched machines before we purchased our Life MXL and found this one best for our needs. We have been very pleased with it. The company has been very responsive although sometimes it takes a while to get replacement filters.

Wow I was on the website on a Sunday with a question about pre-filters and in the chat I asked a question it answered immediately and I left my phone number and Brad contacted me immediately and answered my questions and even sent me out a discount for my next purchase. On a Sunday that's Great Customer Support.
Tech support was amazing at Life Ionizers. I sent them a picture of what the part that the o ring broke. They were able to fix me up with a new connector for my MXL-9 unit. Without that part I wasn’t able to use my system.

Excellent water filtration system! We bought our MXL 13 about six years ago. It provides us with a purified and hydrogen water for all these years without any problems. We choose life ionizer after researching the market for a few months. Being on the same quality level with Kangen water Life ionizer offers their systems for much better prices.
