Extremely satisfied customer
The process was quick and simple! From start to finish it roughly took 3 days. The therapist that reached out to me, Haley, was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I applied for an ESA letter, and what that covered was explained to me in full. Definitely would not hesitate to use Certapet again! Thank you very much

Extremely easy process
Extremely easy process, especially if you have supporting documents for mental illnesses! The therapist assigned to me was great and so easy to talk to. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using certapet every year to renew.

Wonderful Experience
The therapist that assisted me was Deborah and she was such a blessing! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. She offered resources for me and made me feel hopeful. I truly believe we were meant to cross paths. The entire process was easy from start to finish and I would highly recommend it!
