Richard was extremely helpful with my situation. He was very proactive and found me what I needed. He even called me back to reassure I would be ok where I'm going.

My device aired simply because the connection was loose. When on the phone with the customer service representative, he had no idea what the error report meant. He also had no idea how to troubleshoot the problem. I feel like this is a training problem with the company. When I called my husband and told him what was going on, he simply did some troubleshooting and resolved the issue, and the vehicle started with no problem. I do think a manual and short training session at the time of installation should be given, NOT JUST BE AVAILABLE ONLINE (these can be printed per state requirements of the state you are located in). Maybe an owner's manual that is given to each recipient of one of these devices; some people don't have access to the internet or have disabilities. As it turned out, the device was malfunctioning. The answer to everything can not be just to have it towed in. I feel like this company has a lot of room to improve.
Additionally, when I called back in after the error, the representative remembered me from a few days prior and was very nice. He was conserned at what had happened and the fact that there was no one answering to get the code, so that I could make it to the airport.
