It needs to be flourescent
It's almost impossible to get an actual black light that isn't LED based. If you're trying to get that particular psychedelic ambience by which to record and arrange music so it sounds moving to the listener, the authentic flourescent tube is the best way to create that area. Amazon prime couldn't beat you.
