Well i had to send one back as the amp hours were to low, and buy one with double the amp hours. LiTime took battery back and refunded me with no problems. To be honost, i cant give review on use of larger amp battery, as havent used yet,as i am repowering main engine and taking my time.

Updated: LiTime reached out and made the return whole. I'm still knocking a star for being unwilling to do the refund outright at the time their service center was engaged. Overall though, I am pleased with quality the LifePo4 battery itself. ------------------------- Original Post: I made a sizeable purchase. The battery charger I purchased stated in the physical manual (after receiving it) that you cannot leave it plugged into the battery long term. This documentation wasn't anywhere on the website. "So be it" I thought, "I'll just just do a return." Well, it seems that even LiTime classifies this as a return for 'personal reasons' or something to that effect. And charges you a $23 restock fee. When it was clearly an issue of lacking documentation on the site (as confirmed over email by LiTime). I can't get behind a company that doesn't make things right. I'll be steering clear in the future, and warning others as to how LiTime does business. Enjoy the $23
