Ordered two trolling batteries. Shipped pretty fast. Batteries charge and recharge very fast! No problems at all, I’ve only used them once to check everything out. So far so good!

I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger
I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger, didn't work when i received it. Litime replaced it with out problems. The second one did not work either, They gave me a refund and I turned around a bought a 165ah battery and all is good. Linda, my costumer service person was very helpful i getting my problem fixed. There phone communication and any response time was very quick. Just for the record, I had a 100ah Dokota Lith battery that keep running down after about 6 hours of use. I have 3 units with active target, plus nema system, I wanted dc to dc to charge from my house system, this did not work out, so went with the bigger battery instead. Problem solved, new battery performs well and have not ran it down yet.

The shipping was only 3 days after ordering on a Sunday. So far I have been very pleased with the performance of the battery. The only thing was i had to get a 1/4” longer bolts due to the fact that I have a lot of cables going to it. I was very surprised that the battery came with a wrench for the bolts. When I have to replace the battery’s in my bass boat it will be with Litime.

Thanks LiTime , I switched all my batteries to lithium, and I am very pleased with the new LiTime 24V , and the 12 V batteries I bought… these batteries out performed the lead batteries by far !!! Highly recommend … thanks

Beryl was attentive to the issues I had with delivery and actually sent a replacement shipment. The original shipment showed up the next day, big surprise, so the replacement was sent back with a shipment label provided by LiTime.
