Booking with the lodging company was excellent, very good to deal with BUT... we had booked our condo for five nights and unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to cut our trip a day short. I emailed our contact through the lodging company explaining the situation and she came back to me saying that the only way we would be refunded our money for the last night was if we had purchased insurance. I feel being that we were spending that kind of money, and it was a horrible situation out of our control there should have been no questions asked and should have refunded our money.

Room not as described as advertised on…
Room not as described as advertised on website should have two beds but only one bed in room with a pull out wardrobe bed as the second this was not what was sold to us. This was supposed to be superior room which I defiantly was not.
