Olimpia, was very helpful, kind, inform me what I asked for, and did all in her power to help me, asist me with the booking, wic usually its very confusing. Get the wheelchair I needed. I was surprised that I find an agent like Olimpia, usually all of them are rude and don't want to do their job. Olimpia was a great example. Thanks Olimpia!

I loved to talk with one of the employee named ‘PETRA’ she is so patient and calm while listening to my problems. But on the other hand when i reached the airport i got to know that the window seats i booked for the trip wasn’t actually paid I don’t know what to say and one thing more I paid for my online boarding pass also and I didn't get, I had to wait for that also so poor service and they didn't even get my money back its more than 350$.

Wade was excellent to deal with he changed my flight schedule without any problem due to a flight canceling so he switched me to another flight and was very easy to work with i recommend dealing with him if you get the chance 👍🏾👍🏾

I am surprised by the prices they have. I thought I couldn't take the vacation with my family because of the high cost, but they became a reality, and the customer service staff is friendly and very agile in helping you with the reservation. I am delighted. 100% recommended.
