The products are really fantastic, although I will return a few items. I already have my eye on a few more items atvyour store. Having different sizes is a game changer for my wife, and this will keep me coming back again and again. Her beautiful body is neither large nor tiny. And the”one size fits all” almost never fits her properly. The styles and quality are also great. Also, awesome variety of choices. Service was fast too. Great website photos and navigation as well.

Some built in delay to get a response initially, but once I connected with a live agent via their chat function my issue was resolved completely and above and beyond my expectations.

Problem with parcel. Very difficult to get in touch with customer care, only poor AI asking the same questions. And if you manage to reach an assistant, you'll be disconnected after a few minutes. After nearly a month without my package, I cannot have a refund or a new delivery! will not buy again. Update: Finally, after five days, I was able to contact a customer service agent, who arranged for my order to be resent. I eventually received the package, but it took over a month. The first parcel was never collected from the locker because I never received the PIN code. None of the parties involved—the sender, the international courier, the local courier, or the locker company—was able to resolve the issue. In fact, the parcel was never even placed in the locker, as confirmed by a video recorded by the courier. Overall, a very poor experience with Evri and GLS.

I check my spam. It closes as soon as I get A response. What can we do? I’m so thoroughly disappointed I invested in this company

I bought an item from love honey and…their customer service is awful.

I bought an item from love honey and wanted to talk to customer services about it. I have emailed in, rang three times and no response. Apparently when you email they say they will reply within 5 days. Not having a working phone contact number is extremely frustrating and detrimental to the customer experience. Once my issue is resolved I certainly won't bother with this company again.
