my order never arrived and they denied any kind of solution, guide to my review and said they offered a replacement which they never did so it’s my understanding. They just want to look like they’re helping ONLINE, but they’re not actually offering any kind of solution.

In regards to the item, often confusion can be caused as we list the insertable length of an item on the item page but the manufacturer often lists the full length meaning the length printed on the packaging will be longer.

If you need it on time, think again
If you need it on time go somewhere else, if you aren’t in the UK go somewhere else, if you want good customer service go somewhere else. Paid extra to make sure it’d be on time, then arrived late, then tried to talk to support. Not helpful and not the actual support persons fault. The company itself is run by the laziest, greediest, and most uncaring people on earth. In summary, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

it’s not as satisfying as what I liked it to be the videos and the pictures made it seem like it would work out nice but when I received, it didn’t realize it needed to stay plugged in and it just doesn’t do what I thought it would do

Skirt fit - well, kinda'. If I were only about 8 inches taller. Had to hoist the waist up to my chest to have the hem touch my toes. Yes, your size chart did say that XL length is 40.8 inches but a Large is too small for my waist. Luckily, I have a sewing machine.
