🚨BUYER BEWARE!! 🚨 I am extremely frustrated with the customer service from this store. Two years ago I received damaged shirts that they refused to rectify the situation on. On July 23 I received my first order after boycotting them. One of the shirts I bought specifically for my high school sons football games. The first opportunity I had to wear the shirt was July 31. I emailed them today due to it being damaged and having holes in the side seem. The company refuses once again to rectify the situation saying that it is past the seven day policy. What happens if you’re out of town and your order is delivered and you get damaged goods in your order? You’re just out?? I swear this company has the worst customer service for a “Christian” company. I get every company has rules, but this is just absurd to me. I do not recommend anyone order from them. If you do just be prepared to be met with excuse after excuse for why they don’t need to replace your damaged goods. And just be prepared to lose your hard earned money. Love in faith I decided to try to give you a try again, however this is the very last time I ever will. This is the last time I will let you steal my money from me. I even offered to send the damaged shirt back on my dime in order to receive a replacement. Not that I owe anyone an explanation. But my husband and I are full-time caregivers for his parents and have two children in sports as well as on two different booster clubs for said sports. Needless to say our life is extremely busy. Sunday is our damn day our day that we get caught up and so since I did not have time to contact them Friday or Saturday due to prior obligations I contacted them at my first available day which was today, two days after attempting to wearing the shirt. But even if I had contacted them on Friday according to their “policy “I would still be out the money.

Love in Faith is a wonderful company. I have so many of their Christian themed tshirts. They’re soft and wash well. I love showing my faith on tshirts. They also have a wonderful customer service department!
I was checking to see what the shipping cost was before adding my discount and placing my order. However, my order ended up going through. I immediately sent an email to cancel my order but they responded a few days later saying they couldn’t cancel my order. There is no way to contact them by phone. I was a loyal customer but I will no longer be doing but with them as the order that went through not by me practically depleted my funds as I only get paid monthly

i have been buying from love in Faith since the year 2000 . The company has come along way, i love their products. My closet is full of t-shirts sweatshirts beach bags you name it I have it. I have ordered quite a few items from Love in Faith during the past year, and am very happy with both the customer service and the quality of the items I have purchased. The sweatshirts were my go to favorites during the winter- warm and comfortable, with plenty of room for the layers I always wear during the cold months. The T shirts are so soft, and they come out like new after each wash. None of the products shrink, which is a major plus for me. The shirts I have received fit so well. They have all been true to size. I love that they are mostly faith based as I have a difficult time finding good faith based tshirts because I wear plus size and this company has a plethora.

My daughter's ordered me the Jesus picture with Jesus's hands around the heart, it is a canvas and absolutely beautiful, the only issue I have is the shipping process, you put the picture in a plastic then in a box, but during shipping they unfortunately get tossed around, it should have Styrofoam on the corners of the frame to protect it, mine had a little damage on one of the corners where I'm pretty sure it was dropped and the shipping box is very thin.

Well the product is always great, T-shirts is my main purchase. Soft and fits very well, along with colors are always bright and cheerful. Orders are very promptly sent. I do order frequently, that should tell you plenty. Very reliable for their products. Like to see lighter colors would be my only addition. But in all great company! I have been a customer of Love in Faith for many years. I have just about always been very satisfied with the items I have bought. The few times that I have encountered a problem with fit or quality I have always been satisfied with the customer service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is there are some sales that for some reason won’t let me chose the same item in different sizes which is a little irritating when I’m buying for different family members and friends snd want to save on shipping.

I emailed the company almost 2 weeks after I purchased a T-shirt wondering about an update on the shipping status. They tried to tell me that on my order confirmation that it said it would take 7 to 10 business days to process and I took a screenshot of my confirmation and it did not say that then they came back to say that they were out of stock and the production was delayed and they didn’t know when they were gonna get more products in for a fulfillment date. They have the audacity to offer for me to wait for this unknown fulfillment date to get the shirt and they would just keep my money and I was like no cancel the order and I want a full refund. I did not have a good experience, ordering from them for the first time, and I would not go back their communication was lacking, passive aggressive, and dishonest.
