I really don’t want to write this because I was hoping to get my merchandise. But here I am a month after ordering 4 Tshirts with no merchandise and now they say they were delivered to my address but I have not received them. Customer service and communication from the seller leaves much to be desired. So buyer beware !!!!!! Quick update they promised to get back to me in 2 to 3 days as of right now (6 days later)

I inadvertently had my old address for the shipping address. As soon as I realized it I sent am email to Love and Faith. They responded in about 5 to 10 minutes with the correct address aired fixed. I've been dealing with Love and Faith for many years and have never been disappointed. Also, my last order came rather fast.

I have purchased from this company many times. Their items are great quality, soft and last. During my last order I received an incorrect item. I reached out to customer service, received a prompt response, and when I verified the information they needed, they sent me the correct order immediately. They even told me to gift the incorrect item to someone to share the love of Christ!

I have lost count of how many shirts I have from Love in Faith! I love their site and their customer service via email is AMAZING! I never received a shirt because they no longer had it in stock; they quickly responded and refunded me! I recently bought a shirt and sweater for my mother in law! The shirt was too big so I emailed them and not only are they sending me a different size; but they said keep and donate/share the shirt that didn’t fit to somebody else! I thought that was so wonderful! I LOVE their site and I will continue being a faithful customer!!🙏🏼

Quick ship to Hawai'i!! Purchased 3 Travel Hoodies (1 small, 1 Large, 1 XL) I ordinarily wear a medium but got the small because I saw it's made to fit big. The small was still a little large (but I'm keeping it)
My son LIKES IT LOOSE and I talked him out of the XL; the large fit well and still fashionably loose.
Got an XL for his fiancee because she likes loose ... talked her into exchanging it to a Large. She wants a zipper so as not to mess up her hair.
Exchange is excellent! Excellent customer service! I opted for a gift card and as soon as I dropped off the XL at the post office, I got my gift card AND ORDERED A LARGE. How quick was that! I love the feel of the fabric.

I have purchased sweatshirts, long and short sleeve tee shirts and one shacket! All tremendously resilient through repeated washings! Their product at Love In Faith is top notch. The sizes are true and the quality is excellent. The scripture verses are wonderful and there are many to choose from. Everytime I think I don’t need another shirt. - they have something new I HAVE to have. I’ve purchased jewelry and I have given shirts to friends as gifts too. Just recently one came that wasn’t quite right and I reached out and the support team was fantastic! Prompt, friendly and supportive. I was quite pleased at their offer to replace the item quickly. Not bad, one item out of dozens and they backed their pledge to be reliable.
I know even though I have plenty, I’ll be buying more from this great company!

I love the shirts that Love and Faith makes. I recently had one on at the nail salon. My nail lady Lisa read it and it said John 3:16. She ask me what it meant and I was able to share the scripture with her. It has open the door now for me to witness to her. Also I recently email Love and Faith to ask when a shirt was going to be back in stock. They immediately responded and will let me know when it’s back in stock. Great customer service!! I ordered a t-shirt from Love in Faith and it went to the wrong house, so I wrote to them and they helped so much! Unfortunately, the shirt I ordered was out of stock so they let me order another one instead. The reason I gave this review 5 stars is because the wrong shipping was partly my fault since I wrote the wrong town, but overall, the costumer service was exceptional!

Love earning points that can be redeemed for cash on purchases. I was having trouble getting my code to use on my purchase. I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful giving instructions and eventually sent me a code from their end I could use on my purchase. Prices are good too!

I was notified my package was delivered but could not find it so notified Love in Faith to let them know. They emailed me back immediately to tell me what I needed to do. Their support department stayed in touch with me via email. I finally found my package in a very odd place for a delivery. Very impressed with their communication and support. Love my tee shirt! I ordered 2 sweatshirts, they were shipped quickly and they are great quality! The usps package arrived with a cut through the plastic and it cut one of the sweatshirts. I emailed them a photo and they shipped a replacement immediately. Everything has been easy and smooth with them and I love the sweatshirts.
