Max 2 was a complete waste of time

Max 2 was a complete waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless you absolutely have to waste money on something and you don't want it to be any good.

I truly have never experienced anything like the Max 2, it is a one of a kind toy. If you’re on the fence about getting one I would highly recommend, it’s low noise, easy clean up, and very fun. Only thing I’d have to complain about is that the seal on mine keeping it suctioned has broken in some way so it isn’t air right. Still usable but will have to take off some points for build quality

It’s not working

Never delivered

Says the package was delivered. I was home all day and have a ring door bell. It was never delivered. Contacted lovense to find out the carrier and to let them know it wasn't delivered. They told me that sometimes the carrier says it is delivered when it isn't and that I needed to wait a few days. I asked for the carriers information and have not heard back. There is no number to call lovense so you are at the mercy of their email.

Not looking out for the little guys

My recent experience interacting with lovense began when i reached out to a 3rd party company concerning software updates for their tip controlled machine which i already own. They informed me that they are unable to update the software as lovense refused to licence use of their patent concerning tip controlled sexual stimulation toys to them, and they were told to cease work on that option for their product. I then contacted lovense with anger and frustration. I will say to their credit that they have gone dramatically out of their way to try and provide an alternate solution--but as a lover of telidildonics; the solution is to licence the patent to other companies who need it. To enforce a near monopoly on something like this stifles innovation, and it is a terrible, terrible shame. As a single person with no power over this kind of thing, it feels a lot like talking to a wall to explain this to the well meaning lovense agents that i communicated with over email. I can only accept the reality of the situation and in my defeat hold some hope they reconsider, as alternative options for their customers and new ideas are not a threat to their brand.

My girlfriend loves her lush but the max 2 is very underwhelming the compression is more hindrance that enjoyable turn it up to high and it pushes your member out. The vibration is also very meh my pipedream extreme feels alot better. The max is very decent it's not bad but not great

Paying for a stolen package

I purchased through Lovense and have had nothing but problems since I have. I couldn't make an account through their website and never got tracking. I reached out after buying to cancel the order because I had so many issues and I got told it had already shipped but if I refused the package when it arrived than it would be sent back for a refund. The carrier the day it arrived never rang my doorbell, he left it in a hallway and I didn't receive any notification that it was there until I checked the tracking almost an hour after it was delivered and saw it said that. I went out into the hallway and the package wasn't there, I live in a apt building and searched everywhere and never found it. I reached out to Lovense and they told me they would investigate this and then I never heard back from them. I waited over a week and finally had to get Paypal to reach out to them and all they did was give Paypal the tracking link showing it was delivered. So I have basically paid for a stolen item and I have to fight with them to try and get my money back. Will never buy from the company again.

Bought a Max 2 off Lovense site "It was a BIG LET-DOWN" pun intended. I was excited when it arrived. Downloaded apps for laptop. Set it on low first, I felt nothing. I thought maybe I need to increase the vibration. I feel a lite vibration now, but not even a tickle, middle speed was really nothing. Its more noisy than fun. Using windows app on a laptop, I tried it on MAX SPEED with compression too, which was really loud. I'm really disappointed, the MAX vibration did nothing for me! I wish it worked better. I was excited to let my girlfriend control it like I control her Lush 3. My girlfriend really likes her Lush 3. Another thing, I did use alot of water-based lube because it was a little difficult to "ENTER" the hole with a full erection. Conclusion: The vibration is too weak even at max level. It's really hard to stroke such a big device with one hand and feel any pleasurable sensation of the internal skin bumps material inside and the vibration did nothing for me either. My hand did better manually!!

Disappointed with order

I ordered charging cable for Hush toy, but received a completely different cable! For a £6 delivery charge (cable cost £7), I would have expected a speedy delivery of maximum 48 hours. Poor service experience this time. Initial order of Hush toy was good but very disappointed with the cable order.

AVOID ALL COSTS 😡

Absolutely abhorrent services. I’m no longer friends with the person who recommended this company. I’ve come to terms that 20% has been stolen for “restocking fees’’ But when asked for a refund I was promised seven days but it’s been longer than that and is absolute shambles. I should have just driven there to hand it back. Was gonna swap for a new item but with the way I’ve been treated you can shove it completely AVOID

The translated user manual is a bad joke

You buy a toy for $ 100. The translated user manual is as bad as known from Chinese products that cost no more than 0.99 dollars. It's a cheek to customers. Shame on you.

Generally great toys, but sometimes fail

In general, I like the Lovense products. The Max is great, and the Hush plugs are the best plugs I have owned. On the other hand, the Edge is just okay. The Hush is ten times better. Reliability is not the best. The large Hush continually looses sync with the phone app. My first large Hush died within a few months of purchase. After many emails and other forms of correspondence, it was replaced free of charge. My small Hush managed to stay alive for a couple of years before it too died, but I figured that was not unreasonable. I purchased a new small Hush a few weeks ago, and it has already died. I am assuming Lovense will replace it? Keep your purchase records, as you might need them.

I was cheated off by you apparently

I was ripped off by you apparently. I still do not receive my order, although it is delivered when it IS NOT TRUE because it never arrived, USPS said that you had to solve it. I do not receive a response from you, nor my money, nor my order, which means that I was SCAMMED. I'm going to have to make the report to the bank to see if they can solve something for me.

Items were unopened/unused but no refund?

Items were unopened/unused, something was odd they told me to open boxes & take pics of each & separate pics of serial numbers. It took 1 1/2 mos to get them to send me return address and I had to pay for shipping. 2 wks later they refused refund. Paypal forced them to refund. Thanks Paypal Watch out!!

hello I did buy a lush 1 for my wife

hello I did buy a lush 1 for my wife. The problem is everytime when I try to login via the remote control app, it showed ,, Service error or Data error,, could anyone tell me why???

Lacking in every possible way 😩

The only reason that I even gave 1 star was for quick delivery of the item, but unfortunately that was the only delivery going on. This toy does not fit anywhere near my g-spot nor does it fit to my body properly. I wanted to keep the thrill going between my friend and I and the way in which the “lush 3” was described I thought it would be an exciting addition fir us. I do not know who was more disappointed between the two of us. The battery does not stay charged worth a crap, the toy dies not fit me comfortably, not at all what I expected after spending that much money on what was supposed to do what was advertised. No satisfaction guarantee means that I just wasted a lot of money so that the landfills can get larger. Bad bad bad investment with this product.

Very disappointed

I bought this as an alarm clock for myself after a recent break up because my ex had one and I had used it during the relationship to help me wake up. The previous device that I used never had a problem with staying connected I can set my phone in the kitchen walk through out the house do what I needed to do and still be connected he was even able to remotely control it. However my new device it won't even stay connected while I'm laying in bed with my phone on next to me it has yet to successfully stay connected long enough for me to wake up to the alarm and that was the whole reason that I bought it. I've done a software update I've removed the app from my phone and put it back on I've powered the device off let it fully charge doesn't matter it always only has one bar for the connection no matter how close I am to my phone and then disconnects before I wake up and when I wake up and open the app to find out why it didn't go off and wake me up on time it connects and starts to work I have the app set to run in the background I successfully used a lush for several months and never had these kinds of problems I'm very frustrated and disappointed.
