Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the soft and warm materials of the onesies, frequently praising the staff for being exceptionally helpful and responsive when assistance is needed. Many people also point out that the costumes look just like the promotional pictures, fit well, and make wonderful gifts. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery service, noting that packages took much longer than expected or failed to arrive in time for special events. A few other people also felt that shipping costs were quite high and experienced frustrating delays regarding international transit or order processing.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Costume came in a week after placing the order! After reading reviews I was worried my costume wouldn’t come in time for Halloween, but my worries disappeared as my package came in record time. The costume is really well made and the sizing guide is 100% accurate. Fyi I ordered the Bluey onesie, so if anyone else wants to order it, I really recommend you do!
Absolutely terrible company. Customer service is just form letter responses. No follow up when issues are brought up. No concern for quality control. Obviously shipping has been an issue. Just write them off as a scam. Nothing good here, folks.
Do not buy from here if you need it by a specific date or event, I ordered this a month in advance, their website says 7-10 business days but it's been well over 20 business days and it still hasn't arrived. I'm not even sure it will ever arrive at this point but I needed this before my flight and now I won't receive it in time for the occasion I ordered it for. I understand that some people have received their orders and are happy with it, but for it to be such a gamble on wether you will be lucky enough to get what you paid for is not worth it.
Very pleased with the customer service. I had ordered two onesies and something happened where it charged me, but I never got a confirmation email. After emailing the company, they worked hard to make sure I got my onesies on time!
The seller responded immediately to an email about the shipping status. The onesie was true to size, soft, and as expected.
Costume is exactly as pictured. Sizing is right. Had to email because I couldn’t figure out what carrier would be delivering the package. They got back to me fairly quick. Package came within the time frame I picked. Would def purchase here again! Thank you!
Quickly responded to an inquiry on order tracking, and the shipment was received in a timely manner. The baby onesie I got was very soft almost velour material. My toddlers onesie was not as soft and closer to a fleece material. They should both be warm and cozy for trick or treating. They have a large selection of options and the sizing chart is accurate.
The product arrived on time. The price was reasonable. My wife loved it.
I love the onesie and the sizing is correct. It is super comfortable and I’m super excited to wear it. The customer service is also amazing. I needed the onesie by a certain date and was nervous it wouldn’t come in on time so when I emailed customer service they immediately got back to me and sent a tracking link, and the package ending up arriving the same day. They were extremely helpful and it only took a little over a week for the package to come in
There was good communication between this merchant and I even if we hit a snag the merchant came through. The quality of the onesie was great. I’d buy from them again.
Very helpful information and easy to find what you want. 👍
Website was easy to use with tons of options to choose from.
Shipping was fast, and excellent quality. my niece loves it!
My son wanted Pokémon pj's. This was the only place I could find costume like pj's. They did a fantastic job. He loves them a n d does not want to take them off. Would definitely buy from them again.
Took a while to arrive, but very satisfied with what I've ordered.
Fantastic service, very receptive when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and helped me correct the issue right away, product arrived swiftly and in excellent condition, I would absolutely shop here again!
This was the only website where I found an actual Totoro onesie, not "similar to." While there was slight initial confusion (as much my fault as anyone else's), everything worked out great! My onesie is perfect, soooo comfy, and worth every penny. Thanks, guys!
I got one adult sized Pokémon onesie, it came fast and it’s super comfortable. I was very pleased with the product and my purchase.
Ordered a size larger and they fit great, sizing is accurate. Colors are vibrant. Wish all onsies came with mitts but loved my charmander and squirtle with a tail.
